Una Gülnur Kaya
RIBA, ARB, Dip in Architecture, MA, BA(Hons) in Architecture, BArch
Una is a Turkish-British Architect and Property Investor. During her degree in Architecture and masters in Architectural Histories and Theories in Middle East Technical University in Turkey she worked in various archeological projects, in architectural practices and as research and teaching assistant in architecture schools. Her academic background and passion for architectural conservation gives her the questioning researcher attitude and attention to detail for the built environment, old and new.
In 2005 Una came to UK for PhD to continue her academic studies in architectural theories however falling in love with the British architectural styles ended up in practice.
She has substantial experience for projects of various sizes, from £50K to £5M and for all work stages.
She also has qualifications for degree and diploma in University of Greenwich and professional practice in The Bartlett School of Architecture, which led to registration to ARB and RIBA.
She has been practicing under her own brand since 2018 with countless happy clients and successfully completed projects.
Being a Property Investor herself she has the unique skill set to offer a variety of services apart from architectural practice including corporate management and deal sourcing. She works with investors, developers and landlords to create, grow and manage their portfolio.
